Harlyn Bay to Constantine Bay

A classic out-and-back coastal stomp of approximately 5 miles (around 2 hours). Follows the South West Coast Path with dramatic clifftop views over the Atlantic.

Harlyn Bay to Padstow

Walk the coast path from Harlyn Bay into Padstow — approximately 2.4 miles (50 minutes). Catch the A5 bus back if you don't fancy the return. Ends in the bustling harbour town with plenty of lunch spots awaiting.

Trevose Head Circular (Shorter)

A bracing circular walk of around 6.3 miles (2 hours 10 mins) taking in the iconic Trevose Head Lighthouse — a glimpse into Cornwall's maritime heritage. The headland gives 360° views across the Seven Bays.

The extended version of the Trevose Head loop, covering 7.6 miles in around 2.5 hours. Takes in more of the rugged North Cornish coastline, passing hidden coves and dramatic cliff scenery.

Constantine Bay to Porthcothan

Walk south from Constantine Bay along the coast path through Treyarnon and on to Porthcothan in around 45 minutes. Reward yourself with a Cornish ice cream at Porthcothan Bay Stores on arrival.

The Camel Trail

An 18-mile cycling and walking trail from Padstow to Wenfordbridge, following the Camel Estuary through ancient woodland and open countryside. One of the most beautiful off-road routes in Cornwall — bikes for hire in Padstow.
